Ryan\'s first month at TESS
Ryan has been working with TESS for just over a month now in our Contact Centre, as a Customer Service Apprentice, so we interviewed him to find out how it is going for him.....
Why did you choose to do an Apprenticeship at TESS?
The answer is simple - a recommendation from another Apprentice who works here, called Danielle! I spoke to Danielle on several occasions expressing an interest in becoming an Apprentice, especially in customer service, so she mentioned to me that there are vacancies and I sent in my CV.
What interested you in starting an Apprenticeship?
The qualification is what interested me. This is because I think it will make my CV stand out compared to those who don't have the qualification or experience I will be gaining from an Apprenticeship.
What have you enjoyed the most so far?
Attending the sales meetings that I arrange, as part of my everyday job. I enjoy the meetings because I gain experience of how sales meetings work and how to answer any questions the customers may have. It gives him the opportunity to learn new things, and meet new people which is always good!
In the month or so that Ryan has been a part of The TESS Group sales team, he has been successful at obtaining meetings and has attended meetings as a result of his own lead generation. We hope that this sales success continues to grow, whilst Ryan completes his level 2 Apprenticeship.
